The Rapid Data Management System™(RDMS™) is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Global Relief Technologies (GRT) is dedicated to providing our customers with the tools they need to utilize RDMS to its full potential.

GRT’s comprehensive training program includes hands-on training by the GRT Training Specialists who will train you on-site or you can choose to train at GRT’s training center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

In addition, the RDMS Training Center website provides a full suite of training materials including the RDMS Video Training Series, RDMS Documentation, and the weekly RDMS Webinar.

GRT’s dedicated Help Desk Team provides 24/7 on-call support via telephone, email, and from our Operations Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

GRT can also provide on-site field support personnel or provide a System Administrator to run your Collaboration Center.
