COMPREHENSIVE GRT TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Training

GRT is dedicated to providing our clients with the tools they need to utilize our mobility solutions to their full potential. GRT’s comprehensive training program includes hands-on training by the GRT Training Specialists who will train you on-site or you can choose to train at GRT’s training center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

In addition, the RDMS Training Center Training Center website provides a full suite of training materials including a RDMS Collect Video Training Series and RDMS User Documentation.

Support

GRT’s dedicated Help Desk Team provides email and premium telephone support from our Operations Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. GRT can also provide on-site field support personnel or provide a System Administrator to run your RDMS Collaboration Center.
